Vi tipsar: SCAPE 2022, International Workshop on WBG Power Electronics Applications in Stockholm, May 15 – 17

The WBG Power Center (lead organizer) and Yole Développement are pleased to announce their collaboration on a three-day hybrid event, SCAPE 2022, consisting of two workshop days (May 16 – 17), preceded by a tutorial day (May 15).

The workshop covers the latest developments in devices, packaging technologies and power electronics applications of WBG devices and power modules.

The workshop features sessions on strategic WBG initiatives, recent device and power module developments by Wolfspeed, Infineon, On Semiconductor, STMicroelectronics, Mitsubishi, United Silicon Carbide and II-VI, recent results in the application areas of automotive, traction and high voltage energy conversion, key-notes on comparison of SiC and GaN devices and reliability of SiC MOSFETs, a panel discussion and WBG market report by Yole, a tutorial on WBG device reliability, packaging and condition monitoring of WBG-based power systems by Aalborg University.
