DESCRIPTION:Webbsänt seminarium den 9 februari 2024\n\n\nVälkommen till ett frukostseminarium där vi möter Lövånger Elektronik (LEAB)\, kontraktstillverkaren som genom smarta lösningar lyckas se likheter mellan till synes olika produkter. De berättar om vägen från stationsmontering till att producera i taktade celler. Vi får också en inblick i deras övergripande Lean-resa\, där fabriken i Lövånger blev navet för arbetet i flera av företagets fabriker. \nEn utmaning för LEAB och många andra kontraktstillverkare är att få till ett effektivt flöde i en spretig produktflora. Vid seminariet berättar Mattias Eldborn\, teknikchef på LEAB\, hur de har arbetat systematiskt för att gå från stationsmontering till celltillverkning. De har bland annat använt PQPR\, Product Quantity Process Routing\, för att skapa taktade flöden genom att identifiera likheter mellan olika produkter. \nLEAB deltog i Produktionslyftet under 2009-2010 där de fokuserade på att hantera sin stora produktflora på ett effektivt och lönsamt sätt. De arbetade fram flera smarta arbetssätt som sedan dess har implementerats och utvecklats vidare.
