SUMMARY:Lövånger Elektronik – från blandad produktion till värdeskapande i produktionsceller
DESCRIPTION:Webbsänt seminarium den 9 februari 2024\n\n\nVälkommen till ett frukostseminarium där vi möter Lövånger Elektronik (LEAB)\, kontraktstillverkaren som genom smarta lösningar lyckas se likheter mellan till synes olika produkter. De berättar om vägen från stationsmontering till att producera i taktade celler. Vi får också en inblick i deras övergripande Lean-resa\, där fabriken i Lövånger blev navet för arbetet i flera av företagets fabriker. \nEn utmaning för LEAB och många andra kontraktstillverkare är att få till ett effektivt flöde i en spretig produktflora. Vid seminariet berättar Mattias Eldborn\, teknikchef på LEAB\, hur de har arbetat systematiskt för att gå från stationsmontering till celltillverkning. De har bland annat använt PQPR\, Product Quantity Process Routing\, för att skapa taktade flöden genom att identifiera likheter mellan olika produkter. \nLEAB deltog i Produktionslyftet under 2009-2010 där de fokuserade på att hantera sin stora produktflora på ett effektivt och lönsamt sätt. De arbetade fram flera smarta arbetssätt som sedan dess har implementerats och utvecklats vidare. LEAB:s Lean-arbete startade i fabriken i Lövånger för att sedan spridas till fler fabriker inom företaget. \nMedverkande är Mattias Eldborn\, teknikchef på LEAB\, och Staffan Larsson\, verksamhetsutvecklare på iTid\, coach i Produktionslyftet och tidigare platschef på LEAB. DESCRIPTION:The module focuses on establishing knowledge of Additive Manufacturing (AM) processes from a design perspective\, that is\, how to design AM for a specific application and when to choose AM as a manufacturing method. The module covers a wide range of topics involving the basics of design for AM\, materials selection\, and 3D scanning for reverse engineering\, as well as practical exercises on design for AM. The module also includes a demonstration of 3D printer slicing software and 3D scanning techniques.

DESCRIPTION:Framtidens hållbarhetskrav håller på att tas fram inom EU för tillverkning av hälso- och sjukvårdsprodukter. \nVill ni vara med och påverka så är ni kanske intresserad av att komma i kontakt med andra aktörer som har samma intresse och som funderar på att bilda ett konsortium för att ansöka till denna EU ansökan\,   Hållbar cirkulär utveckling och tillverkning av hälso- och sjukvårdsprodukter och deras kvantitativa miljökonsekvensbedömning som är den översatta titeln på utlysning inom Programmet Horizon Europe Framework Programme (HORIZON)\, Call Innovative Health Initiative JU Call 4 (HORIZON-JU-IHI-2023-04-two-stage) \nFunding & tenders (europa.eu) \n\nOmrådet är brett\, men specificeras tydligt i länken ovan\, men det som efterfrågas är bla \n\nNya processintensifierade tillverkningsmetoder enligt principer för säker och hållbar design (SSbD) med mål som t.ex ersättning av potentiellt skadliga ämnen\, energieffektivisering\, reducerad vattenanvändning\, nya råvarukällor än fossila källor etc.\nMinskat CO2-avtryck\nEn processdesign som kvantifieras i standardiserade bedömningssystem innefattande så många influensfaktorer som möjligt för att beskriva en enskild läkemedelsprodukts fulla miljöpåverkan.\nEn harmonisering av bedömningssystem inom hälso- och sjukvårdsindustrin som införlivas i europeiska miljöriktlinjer och standarder och anpassas till befintliga standarder utanför EG:s tillämpningsområden.\n\n\nAnsökan är i två steg med en första deadline den 08 november 2023 och en andra deadline 23 april 2024. \nVinnova har blivit kontaktad av flera aktörer som skulle vara intresserade av att bilda ett konsortium för att adressera denna utmaning och Vinnova har erbjudit sig att förmedla kontakten till de andra intressenterna. Vinnova har även kontakt med sin motsvarighet i andraländer som även de kan ha intressanta kontakter att förmedla vidare.
